This website is operated by EPIC Studios. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to EPIC Studios. We offer this website, inlcuding all information, products, tools, and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies, and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and contitions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the website or purchasing any product or service from EPIC Studios, you agree to be bound by these Terms in full. If you do not agree to all the provisions contained herein, you may not access the website or use any part of the Service.

By using this website and placing orders, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have legal capacity in terms of South African law.

You undertake not to use our products or services for any unlawful or unauthorised purpose and agree not to violate any applicable laws of the Republic of South Africa, including but not limited to intellectual property and copyright legislation.

Any breach of these Terms may result in the immediate termination of your access to our Services, without notice or refund.

EPIC Studios reserves the right to refuse service to any person, for any reason, at any time.

All online transactions are processed through WooCommerce and its integrated payment gateways (such as PayFast, PayPal, or Stripe, where applicable), which use secure encryption protocols, including SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology, to protect personal and payment information during transmission. While we take all reasonable precautions to ensure data security, EPIC Studios shall not be held liable for any breach caused by third-party service providers or external cyber threats beyond our control.

You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, resell or exploit any portion of the Service, use of the Service, or access to the Service without the express written consent of EPIC Studios.

All content, including but not limited to text, images, graphics, layouts, trademarks, and design elements, is the exclusive intellectual property of EPIC Studios and is protected under the Copyright Act 98 of 1978, the Trade Marks Act 194 of 1993, and other relevant South African intellectual property legislation.

No part of this website or its content may be used, copied, republished, or distributed in any form without prior written authorisation, save where proper and visible credit is given, with a hyperlink to the original source on our website.

You may use our products in line with the relevant Product License terms. By purchasing a product from EPIC Studios, you are legally bound by these terms.

While we endeavour to provide accurate and current information, EPIC Studios makes no warranties as to the completeness, accuracy, or timeliness of any information on this website. Such material is provided for general information purposes only and should not be relied upon for decision-making without consulting more authoritative, complete, or timely sources.

All prices for products and services are subject to change without notice.

We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part thereof) without notice.

We shall not be held liable for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the Service or any change in pricing.

All products and services are sold exclusively through this website and may have limited availability.

We make every reasonable effort to accurately display product images and colours, but we cannot guarantee that your device’s display will accurately reflect the product’s actual appearance.

EPIC Studios reserves the right to limit the sale of products or services to any person, geographic region, or jurisdiction and may do so on a case-by-case basis.

Product descriptions, pricing, and availability are subject to change at our sole discretion without notice.

We do not warrant that the quality of any product, service, or information purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations or that errors will be corrected.

It is the User’s responsibility to download and securely store any digital products purchased. Access to digital downloads is provided via email confirmation or through a user account.

While we do not impose a formal expiration date, we do not guarantee lifetime access to download links and reserve the right to remove access at any time without notice.

No refunds, exchanges, or credits shall be granted for any loss of access to digital products once made available.

Certain digital products may be designed for use with third-party platforms such as, but not limited to, Canva, Shopify, or Wix. These platforms are not owned or operated by EPIC Studios.

EPIC Studios shall not be held liable for any loss of functionality or incompatibility resulting from changes, updates, or discontinuation by such third-party services.

By purchasing such products, you accept and acknowledge this risk in full.

EPIC Studios offers custom design services, which are subject to the following:

• Standard Turnaround: 5–7 business days unless otherwise communicated.

• Revisions: We want you to love your custom design! Here’s how revisions work:

  • Included Revisions: All custom orders include up to two (2) rounds of revisions at no extra cost.

  • What Counts as a Revision: Revisions may include changes to text, colours, layout, or other design elements originally discussed in your brief.

  • Additional Revisions: If further changes are needed beyond the two included rounds, additional fees may apply. We’ll notify you in advance before charging for any extra work.

• Client Responsibility: The User must provide accurate and complete information at the outset and submit timely feedback (within 3 business days) to avoid project delays.

All custom designs are final sale and non-refundable.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order placed through the website.

The User agrees to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information, including but not limited to, billing address, contact number, email address, and payment details.

You agree to promptly update your information to ensure transactions are completed and that we are able to contact you as necessary.

We may provide access to third-party tools which we do not monitor or control.

You acknowledge that such tools are provided “as is” and “as available” without any warranties or endorsements. Your use of optional third-party tools is entirely at your own risk and discretion.

Certain content, products, or services may include materials from third parties. Links to third-party websites are provided for convenience only.

EPIC Studios shall not be held responsible for examining or evaluating the content or accuracy of third-party websites and disclaims any liability arising therefrom.

Any comments, ideas, feedback, testimonials, or suggestions submitted, whether solicited or unsolicited, may be used by EPIC Studios without limitation or compensation to the User.

We reserve the right to remove or edit any content deemed unlawful, defamatory, threatening, obscene, or otherwise in violation of these Terms.

The User remains solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of any submissions.

The collection and processing of personal information is governed by the Protection of Personal Information Act 4 of 2013 (POPIA).

Please refer to our Privacy Statement for detailed information on how we collect, use, and safeguard your personal data.

Occasionally, information on our site may contain typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to product descriptions, pricing, or availability.

We reserve the right to correct such errors and to cancel or amend orders as necessary, without prior notice.

We undertake no obligation to update, amend or clarify information in the Service or any any related website, including without limitation, pricing information, except as required by law.

You are prohibited from using this website or its content:

• For any unlawful purpose;

• To solicit others to perform unlawful acts;

• To violate any laws, regulations, or ordinances;

• To infringe upon our or others’ intellectual property;

• To harass, defame, abuse, or discriminate against any person;

• To submit false or misleading information;

These Terms, together with our Privacy Statement and Refund Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and EPIC Studios and supersede all prior agreements and understandings.

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the South African courts.

We reserve the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these Terms by posting changes to our website. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of any amendments.
