When will I receive my digital download?
Right away. Once you go through the checkout process and submit your order, you’ll instantly receive a link to download your content. Missed the button? That’s okay, we’ll also send you a mail with the download link so that you can download whenever you’re ready.
For instant download products: You will be able to download your files by clicking the ‘Download Now’ button on the product page, the order confirmation page or on the email confirmation you will receive.
For larger products: You will download a PDF document. This will include a button link to Google Drive or Canva (depending on what you have purchased)) which will take you to your product.
For manually sent products: If you purchased a product that need to be manually sent to you (e.g. customised brand templates), keep an eye out for an email for this item.

How long do I have access to my digital downloads?
There is no set expiry date, however, we recommend downloading immediately after purchasing.
IMPORTANT: We do not guarantee lifetime download availability or lifetime storage of your purchased files.
You are 100% responsible for downloading your files after ordering and keeping them safe on your own device.
Can I share my digital download with someone else?
The short answer is no. All of our digital downloads are licensed for personal use only (or for single use in your own business if you’ve purchased a business-related template). This means you may not share, resell, or distribute the files to friends, family, clients, or third parties.

Personal Use Products: These are for your own enjoyment or use at home. They cannot be copied, shared, or distributed.

Business Use Products (like branding templates): These are for a single business only. You can use them within your own business, but you may not use them for multiple clients or share them with other businesses.
